4th of July - Seafood on the menu

Fresh crab brought to our house by Marly's brother Lawrence. Fresh from Houma, Louisiana

Charlie had the task of getting the pot ready and cooking the live crab.....

I did taste the crab meat - I can't say it was my most favourite meal ever.

But it certainly was something new......
